 Domestic Shipping (India)

1. **Processing Time:** - Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. - You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. **Shipping Rates & Estimates:** - Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): ₹100 or FREE for orders over ₹10000 - Express Shipping (2-3 business days): ₹250.

3. **Shipping Providers:** - We partner with reliable carriers such as DTDC, Speed and Safe, and India Post to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

 

 International Shipping

 

1. **Processing Time:** - Orders are processed within 2-3)business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. - You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

 

2. **Shipping Rates & Estimates:** - International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. - Delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

3. **Customs, Duties, and Taxes:** - Zoul is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. - All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

 Order Tracking -

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.

 

 Shipping Restrictions -

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. - Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions based on local regulations.

 Delays -

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing times.

 Lost or Damaged Packages -

Zoul is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
