Return and Refund Policy At The Zoul.we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully:

 5. Condition of Returned Items: - Returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging (if applicable). - We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items: - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. - We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs. 7. International Returns: - Customers outside India are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes on returned items.
